1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and f099 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").   Accurate InformationAll information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. f099 may request documentation to verify the information you provide at registration or at any time thereafter. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

  Jurisdictional RestrictionsYou are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of f099 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. f099 does not guarantee the legality of its services in all locations and accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting may be restricted.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full f099 platform, you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration you represent that all information you provide is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

f099 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f099 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

f099 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional KYC verification for large withdrawal amounts. f099 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

  Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit at f099 is ৳100 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment account where technically possible.

  Minimum WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts; VIP members at higher tiers may benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits.

  No Third-Party PaymentsDeposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. f099 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals. Where third-party deposits are identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

  Currency and ExchangeAll account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f099 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred during payment processing are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, f099 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, which will be disclosed at the time each promotion is offered. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to the specified rollover requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. f099 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f099 platform. Breach of any of the below provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

  Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing f099 for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment credentials, or in connection with any money laundering activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal referral.

  CollusionColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match-fixing related betting, or coordinating with other accounts — is strictly prohibited.

  Automated SoftwareThe use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is prohibited. f099 employs detection systems to identify automated activity and will act swiftly against any account found to be using such tools.

  ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your f099 account constitutes fraud. f099 will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the f099 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of f099 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of f099.

f099 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the platform beyond the scope of this licence — including any attempt to extract, scrape, or commercially exploit any platform content — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f099 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from technical failures or service interruptions; losses arising from incorrect odds display or data feed errors that are subsequently corrected; losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms; or losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

f099 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. f099 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance periods or in the event of unforeseen technical failures. f099's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming
